I run development as a pipeline on top of GitHub Projects. A team of AI agents covers analysis, implementation, review and release — each with its own role:
Breaks user stories into tasks and asks about unclear points.
Implements the task on a feature branch and opens a pull request.
Checks the pull request against the assignment and project conventions.
Adds tests and keeps the CI green.
Merges and deploys once all gates pass.
Keeps the board tidy and reports inconsistencies.
My role? Architecture, specifications and code review. Nothing goes to production without my sign-off.
